Richard got involved in Scouting when his kids joined the group. Richard felt that he had something to offer so he became a Leader. He believes that he brings good organisational skills and a real passion to ensure kids have a great experience
Richard was a Cub himself, for a short period of time but because his Father was a Scout Leader so he spent a lot of time away, camping with Scouts
Richard enjoys camping with my family and visiting new and exciting places that this country has to offer
Hobbies & interests include - Basket Ball and I still play competitively once a week and I enjoy most sports and being outside. I also like to spend time in the kitchen cooking for family and friends.
My advise to Parents - Scouting will provide some life changing experience and memories for kids as well as life skills & the kids will form lifelong friendships through these experiences
