The 1st Castle Hill Scout Hall is a Traditional Scout Hall which includes a kitchen with an oven, fridge and microwave. In a separate part of the hall there are two toilets (male & female) and a wash basin. Although there is a shower, this is unavailable for use.
Our group welcomes all enquiries including long term permanent rentals for dance / fitness groups, mothers groups or any community groups that would like to meet regularly. We do not charge long term permanent rental groups over the school holidays or the Christmas period.
The Hall is hired using an hourly rate, which means if you only need to use the hall for one hour you will only be charged for this hour.
For longer hires or multiple hires per week, we are able to negotiate a better rate. Please call us to discuss availability and rates for your group.
The hourly rate only applies to permanent long time rentals and is negotiable depending on the frequency of the hall hire. The hourly rate does not apply to "one off" rentals. 'One-off' rentals are available subject to availability and a minimum hall hire rate applies.
