This is a “Standing Camp” that means that we all camp as a troop and scouts go off each day to the activity bases around park, some of these, you are able to earn badges at if completed. There are evening activities to keep you entertained as well so it’s always an enjoyable event.

The cost will be $110 per Scout.  You will see, there is a fee for the event ($50) and then the remainder is for the troop catering (your Scout eats well).

We are mindful this is an expensive term and try to keep cost to a minimum where possible.

The process for applying for Jamborette has finally reached the 21st Century so some will find that it’s a little different this time.  PRINTED E1- PERMISSIONS ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED! E-Permission forms have changed to electronic signatures. A physical signature is no longer required on the printed E-Permission forms, so Leaders should not need to collect printed/signed forms from their youth members and they don’t need to be handed in to Region Office.

What we need from you – A reply email telling us if your Scout is attending or not.  We haven’t got very long to organise this as HQ needs numbers by the end of the first week in May.

As all Scouts are aged under 18, we require their parent/caregiver’s email address, your Scouts Name and your Scouts Membership Number.  We will then enter these details into the event Portal and then an email will be generated, sent to you.  This email will contain the E1 for the event for you to fill out and electronically sign.  Once completed, I will receive an email, informing me that your registration is complete.
