Blacktown Leisure Centre - Sentry Drive, Stanhope Gardens
It is very important that this E1 form is fully completed and the swimming and water activities boxes are ticked, otherwise, your Scout will only be allowed to participate. Keep the second page of the E1 as it contains valuable information that you may require, only give the first page, to a Leader.
All Scouts are to arrive in FULL Scout uniform and leave in FULL Scout uniform.
Scouts should come to the pool, already wearing their Swimming Costume under their Scout uniform.
We will walk down to lanes where Scouts are then required to change into what they require for the badge-work, which is long sleeve shirt, long pants (tracksuit pants maybe), socks and old runners (NOT LEATHER SCHOOL SHOES). If your Scout doesn't have their swimmers on underneath their clothing, they are unable to remove their clothes and achieve the badge that they are there to earn.
When the hooter sounds at 8.55pm, all Scouts are to exit the pool, dry off quickly and hop back into their Scout uniform and leave. We're unable to use the bathrooms/change Rooms as the pool shuts at 9.00pm
A towel will be required and a bag to put wet clothes in, when we're done.
