The aim of the Award Scheme is to develop young people in the six areas of personal growth: spiritual, physical, intellectual, character, emotional and social; while at the same widening their interest and knowledge. The rational of the Award Scheme is based on the Aim and Methods of Scouting, allowing for fun, variety, personal choice and to assist in planning for a balanced program.
